It takes two to tango and this snack with be dancing on your tongue with red pepper flakes and ranch. Before we go any further, I do realize that there is a spicy cheese cracker out there made by the same company. However, I’m going to take you on a journey here with a simple upgrade to your favorite cheese snack cracker. This version is spicer, less saltier (in my opinion) and throws in the powerhouse flavor of ranch.

DANCE WITH THE DEVIL SNACK

Ingredients

  • 13.7 oz Cheese Crackers

  • 1/2 cup Canola oil

  • 1 pack Ranch powder

  • 3-5 tsp Crushed red pepper

  • 1 tsp Jalapeño powder (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Throw all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula.
  • Pour mixture onto a pan lined with parchment paper or Silpat cookie liner. Make sure the crackers are spread out as much as possible into a single layer. Avoid clumping of crackers
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Some ovens work hotter than others so keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
